Exterior Demolition Begins

The past week saw the general contractor begin exterior demolition removing the old leaky gutters, the large front access ramp, shutters, and improperly installed flashing.  They also took the first load of demolition debris and garbage collected from around the property for disposal.  We also had a chimney repair specialty contractor complete the chimney flue repair to ensure future safe fireplace use.  Have your chimney cleaned and inspected before the cold winter weather sets in for the season.
