Add-subtract, plus-minus, improve-destroy. These antonyms describe perfectly the state of 5997 West River Dr NE right now. We are busy making repairs to the exteriors: installing new windows and siding in areas where moisture and rot had taken control. We are busy destroying other parts of the house as interior demolition is in full hammer swing. But improvement is not possible without change – in life and in residential redevelopment. Don’t be afraid of change – embrace it. It may look and feel worse initially, but in the end, you (and the property) will be better for it.
