A Time to Give Thanks

The 5997 project is coming along with the “invisible” interior work happening now.   The new north wall has been completed and insulated. The floor joists in the utility/mud room have been rebuilt and subflooring installed.  The old floor in the kitchen has been removed and leveling of that floor is in progress.  Wall prep upstairs is occurring to be hidden by paint.  Insulation work in the upstairs ceiling is in progress.  All these things will not be visible to the future owner, but they will thank Clean Slate Properties and our contractors in making quality improvements to each property we rehabilitate.  In that spirit, we at CSP wanted to give a thank you to the contractors, vendors, financers, realtors, title company personnel, insurance brokers, and everyone who work hard to help us in “Transforming houses, lives, and communities.”

Take time to say thank you to someone that works behind the scenes to make your life better or those around you better.  They deserve a word of thanks and you will bring a smile to their face today.
